Booking fees will not be refunded for cancellations (including change of mind), but we can roll the booking fee over to another date and time, as long as it is within 48hours notice.

Your Appointment Advice

Shampoo your hair the day prior to your visit as shampooing encourages blood flow to your scalp, which can cause irritation if a colour is applied to close after shampooing. Having dirty hair creates a barrier to colour, so please ensure your hair is clean and free of product

Parking - we are located at 53 Indi Avenue Red Cliffs. Please allow time to find a park to your appointment. There is free 2 hour on street parking located in front of the salon, and free two - hour parking around the corner of Coffee on INDI.

What to expect when you arrive at the salon:

You will be greeted at the reception desk upon arrival

A beverage menu will be offered for you to choose refreshments throughout your appointment. (sorry, no soy or almond milk is available)

In case we forget to mention, the powder room is located to the back of the salon on the left, watch your step as you head out into our courtyard, and the powder room is directly in front of you. This is available for you to use at any time.

We know your visits are long and you may want cyberspace. Wifi is avaliable within the Salon.

Your hair after care:

Wash hair with products recommended by your stylist. Shampoo your hair twice as the first shampoo lifts the dirt and product from your hair, and the second truly cleans your hair. Condition from the mid lengths to ends only, there is no need to condition your roots.

Remember: the more frequently you wet and shampoo your hair, the more your colour will washout/change. We recommend reducing the shampooing as much as possible.

Never use an iron or wand higher than 175 degrees, as heat can strip your colour and reduce the longevity of your style. Just remember a BBQ is over 100 degrees, so remember that next time you apply an iron to your hair!

We have amazing GHD irons available for purchase in salon for $280* (price may vary).Just like skin, the sun can damage your hair, so ensure you use a UV protectant on your hair. We have an incredible Pure Thermal Styling Spray that we would highly recommend!

Try and avoid pool water (chlorine) and sea water (salt) as both work like an exfoliant on the hair and pull colour out. It can also react with lightener. If you are to swim, ensure you are using a leave in conditioner to minimise the exposure to chlorine.
